Navigating the Mental Health Care System
If you aren’t sure how the mental health care system works,
you’re not alone.
Many people struggle to know where to go for help for themselves and their loved ones. There are many different options and each person’s case is unique. That’s why it can be helpful to talk to someone who knows how to navigate the system and get connected.
Talking to a compassionate and knowledgeable professional, who understands the challenges of our community and the services available, can be the first step in finding what you’re looking for. Whether it’s mental health, practical support, or information you need, OBMHC partners can connect you.
